In 2013, the Foundation launched its life coaching program for at-risk adolescents, in collaboration with community organizations to help Montreal's youth bridge the gap between where they are in their lives and where they want to be. be. This focused, strengths-based, collaborative approach helps teens gain skills, get perspective on issues, take action and achieve specific goals. Working with a life coach, they build skills, action design actions and work toward their goals with increasing efficiency, confidence and emotional intelligence.

Working with a trained life coach, teens identify goals, design action steps and work toward reaching their goals with increasing efficiency, confidence and emotional intelligence.

Knowledge is Power Seminar

At the end of the Summer basketball season, the Montreal Community Cares', Red Rush Basketball program held its annual awards banquet at Concordia University, this year there with a twist. The players along were required to attend a seminar called Knowledge is Power which spoke on life skills and various other topics of importance for the development of young adults.
