Tiffany Callender
CEO Face Coalition
In 2021 I co-founded the Federation of African Canadian Economics (FACE). A Black-led non-profit organization focused on accelerating wealth creation for Canadians of African descent that is working with the federal government to co-develop and administer the $ 162 million Black Entrepreneurship Loan Fund.
As a community developer and social entrepreneur, I have spent decades developing and implementing programs to support Canada’s Black community. In 2022, I was named as a recipient of the 2022 RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Awards for the ‘Ones to Watch’ award. I am ranked amongst the 100 most influential Black Canadians by Afroglobal television and have been recognized by MIPAD, as one of the 100 most influential persons of African-descent under 40, in 2020.
